My 100th Post!!

This is my 100th post! 🙂

I started this blog as an opportunity to write more. It was a way to explore a different side of my writing and a chance to have the freedom to write about whatever my heart desired in whatever style I wanted. I am so proud of this blog and what it is becoming.

I never imagined when I first began this blog that I would connect with so many wonderful people! So, a very special thank you needs to go out to anyone who reads and/or follows my blog. You inspire me and encourage me to continue writing and I am blessed to have you in my life! 🙂

So, what better way to celebrate my 100th post then a video of the song that inspired the name for my blog. My love for Calabria runs deep so I chose to name my blog after the song Calabrisella Mia because growing up it was always one of my absolute favorite traditional Calabrese folk songs (and still is).

    It’s always interesting to read about why people start a blog.
    It will probably come as no surprise to you, but when I saw your title, I just had to follow your blog. It’s a song from my past too.

    Congrats on being so persistent! I’m slowly approaching the hundred too, and I agree, writing a blog is so enriching! I had never imagined it will help me to discover so many things about myself, somehow it widens your perspective when it comes to your approach to your own life 🙂
