Happy 9th Blogiversary, Calabrisella Mia!

Today, my blog turns 9 years old!

I know, right? I can’t believe it myself!

As you can probably tell, my blog has finally moved to its own domain. I’ve been saying for years that I wanted to have more control over my blog. Well, I finally took the leap of faith and invested into web hosting and made the transition.

I’m excited and want to try new things with this blog, like create more content that I think will be both interesting and useful for anyone travelling to or thinking about travelling to Calabria.

And, of course, there will be no shortage of my mindless musings of what it’s like being a Canadian living in a small Calabrian city.

If you are new to my blog or you’ve been following for some time, I really hope you continue to take this journey with me and see how it grows.

I’m extremely grateful for the support you’ve shown over the years. Thanks for all the comments, likes, and emails.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it means the world to me that you’ve taken the time to read my blog to learn a little more about me and the things I love.

Looking forward to seeing how this blog will continue to unfold and grow over the next year.

Congratulations Lulu! Nine years is a long time! My family is also from Calabria. It’s always been a dream of mine to live there but life had another plan for me. I moved to Germany ten years ago shortly after I married my German husband. Maybe I’ll live there when I retire, but in the meantime, I’ll keep reading about your adventures in Calabria. 🙂 Btw, I love the new look of your blog! Congrats again!!
