My 100th Post!!
This is my 100th post! 🙂
I started this blog as an opportunity to write more. It was a way to explore a different side of my writing and a chance to have the freedom to write about whatever my heart desired in whatever style I wanted. I am so proud of this blog and what it is becoming.
I never imagined when I first began this blog that I would connect with so many wonderful people! So, a very special thank you needs to go out to anyone who reads and/or follows my blog. You inspire me and encourage me to continue writing and I am blessed to have you in my life! 🙂
So, what better way to celebrate my 100th post then a video of the song that inspired the name for my blog. My love for Calabria runs deep so I chose to name my blog after the song Calabrisella Mia because growing up it was always one of my absolute favorite traditional Calabrese folk songs (and still is).
Enjoy! 🙂
If you aren’t already, you should follow me on Calabrisella Mia Facebook Page and Instagram!

February 7, 2009 at 3:07 amIt’s always interesting to read about why people start a blog.
It will probably come as no surprise to you, but when I saw your title, I just had to follow your blog. It’s a song from my past too.
Congratulations on finding so many things to talk about! It’s not easy.

February 6, 2009 at 12:54 pmCongrats on being so persistent! I’m slowly approaching the hundred too, and I agree, writing a blog is so enriching! I had never imagined it will help me to discover so many things about myself, somehow it widens your perspective when it comes to your approach to your own life 🙂
