Simu o no calabrisi?
I’m back!
I had to take a bit of a hiatus for my sister’s wedding but now that she is a Mrs. I can turn my focus back to my blog. How I missed you blog!!
So, I’m a bit behind on this, but what kind of a blog would I be if I don’t post this tourism commercial with fellow Calabrese and one of my favourite Italian soccer players, Gennaro Gattuso. I don’t think they could have picked a better person to show the heart and pride of the Calabrese! 🙂
It fills me with pride and gives me goosebumps every time I watch it! 🙂

March 17, 2009 at 3:11 pmWhat a great commercial for Calabria, now I want to go. Maybe someday soon. Very nice to find your blog.
I’m only partially biased when I say that Calabria is a beautiful place….I hope you do get a chance to discover it yourself! Thanks for checking out my blog!

March 17, 2009 at 10:19 amI’ve seen the ads and think they really chose the best spokesperson. I mean, who has more heart than Ringhio? And (don’t tell anyone!) I think he looks kinda hot ; )
I wonder if he’s done the ads in English for the foreign markets.
I agree…he was definitely a good choice! 🙂 I haven’t heard or seen any English ads…yet.

March 16, 2009 at 9:35 amThis is so cute. Peppe sent it to me when I was in Texas but I haven’t seen it on TV yet, either. I’ve been on the lookout!
It is such a great commerical! 🙂 It’s kind of funny that no one in Italy has catched it on TV yet…it’s has to be airing somewhere?!

I love it…it gives me goosebumps every time I watch it.

March 13, 2009 at 11:03 pmMy goodness, this is so beautiful! I need to go back and really see Calabria!
It is such a beautiful commercial. I was so lucky to have seen more of Calabria when I was there last summer thanks to my wonderful cousins! There is still so much to see…and I can’t wait to explore more of it…it really is a place full of heart! 🙂
